The story revolves around Kakazu Kio, an ordinary high school freshman living in Okinawa. A girl with cat ears appears before him during a memorial service for one of his family ancestors. The girl calls herself Eris and claims she is an alien. Before long, fanatical alien worshipers and a mysterious government agency are in hot pursuit of Eris, but Kio’s childhood friend Manami — who wants to follow in her father’s footsteps in the CIA — captures Eris. Kio finds himself having to protect Eris from everyone. [ANN]

Howdies! 
After weeks of working non-stop to slave to the “Food gotta be brought, bills gotta be paid” rat-race, I decided to to get off the Ferris Wheel and to all that got their hand out for some dough, here’s what I’m giving them:
Screw you… I’m taking a breather!
LOL long as I’m breathing air, there’s gonna be a bill to be paid…
Anyhoo, now that’s out of my system, I’m claiming this weekend to myself, Anime, Manga and WEBBING!!!!!
I not even going to cry the blues about being behind in this, or being behind in that… I’m just gonna move forward! So far, after taking my other site [Tha Bakapedia] out of Hiatus, my Minion and I have been adding some pages on the Summer 2010 Releases. LOL… we have bypass the Spring releases for the moment. Those pages will go up as well, plus other webbing crap that I oh-so-love to do. Ha!
Well, I have to say thus far there are only two series of the summer’s releases that I’m gravitating to: High School of the Dead and Shiki. I liked the first episode of HS of the Dead. Now I’m waiting patiently for Shiki to debut! 
So this weekend, I’m going to get re-acquainted with my old friend, my Coffee IV, and get some webbing done and some “first lookies” done!
So excited… of course that was just a facetious-me statement. Ha!

A mysterious, lethal disease is on the loose worldwide, resulting in a catastrophic death rate of humanity, and the increasing rise of attacks, caused by the living dead.
In Japan, several high school students and a school nurse have banded together to escape Fujimi High School shortly after it was attacked by zombies. The group now attempts to figure who or what was responsible for this plague, and in the meantime, attempt to survive the present apocalypse.
The story is initially narrated through the eyes of Takashi Komuro, one of the students who had survived in the initial outbreak.

Following closely to the Manga, this first episode gave you a bit of gore, skin munching, action and oh yeah… bouncing boobs and panty shots!

Heya folks! Been a hot minute or two… probably more (but who’s counting?) since I’ve made a post. Anyhoo… was reading this post from a site I frequent and the owner of it posted this link:
Japanese, U.S. Manga Publishers Unite To Fight Scanlations
So apparently, Japanese and Manga Publishers are threatening legal action against 30 scanlation sites, and although no names have been named yet, it seems Mangafox.com and OneManga.com, two sites that host scanlations are two of their biggest targets. The publishers are even submitting reports of scan sites to the FBI.
The article states that sales in the US have dropped from $210 million in 2007 to $140 million in 2009…
Well, I’ll be following this just to see how things are played out. Although I have alot to say on this subject, I’ll leave it for another post… just got in from work and I’m on the tired side. Working extra hours so I can have some spending money and pay some long overdue bills. Have to go see the Parents in a couple of months..

How the heck have ya been? No I haven’t gone off and disappear into some far wasteland. Been in the “Reel World” working my tail off because ya know…
Food gotta be brought… bills gotta be paid!
And I’m not moving back home dammit! 
So anyhoo… been downloading some episodes, doing some webbing stuff here and there and preparing all these screenies for when Tha Bakapedia comes out of Hiatus mode. Photo storage gotta be paid in order to house future screenies. Working on it!

Howdy Folks!
Miss ya. How the heck have ya been? So who’s watching what of the new season? Thus far, I’ve only picked up three: Cat Shit One, HS of the Dead and Shiki. Slowing down working too much because:
1. The more I work, the more “crankier” I’m getting in this dang heat wave… 
2. Even though I’m working crazy hours, the bills are still piling up. Like didn't I just pay this bill?! Why is back again?!?!
3. Put off going to see the Parent until Fall. If NY heat is something, imagine going to the South! No way! 
They still love me though!
4. 
After spending much "webbing" time on my other site, I'm now going to give attention to this site! 
Yay!
And now I think I'm done!

This ability has brought him a bit of fame as when he entered the university, Tadayasu discovered that one of the professors there, Keizō Itsuki, already knew about his gift via Tadayasu’s grandfather.
Professor Itsuki’s coworker Haruka Hasegawa has trouble believing what Tadayasu claims at first, but later comes to accept it.
