Overall Review of the Fall 2009 Releases

Howdee!
So… we’re at the half-way mark of the fall releases. Us “anime watchers” have made our lists of the series we planned to watch as soon as they premiered, or were subbed.
But after going into some of the series, I myself have to say I already dropped, or am about to drop some series, and some that has me watching “RAWS” just so that I can get a peep at what’s going on while I’m waiting for the subbed version to come out.
And like always, Arigato! To all the subbers out there who give their time, energy, talents and skills to bring out subbed versions to us Anime Watchers.
That being said,
The shows that I’ve been keeping up with – even subjected myself to downloading a RAW for the visuals:
Kimi ni Todoke
Love the heck out of this show! Look forward to each week to watching it. Sawako is my favorite character of the Season. LOL
RAW downloading: 100% Guilty!!!!
Aoi Bungaku
Even though No Longer Human is over and the series has moved on to the next segments, this series still holds my interest in it. Have to continue my entries on it, I still think this series is going strong.

Darker than Black Season 2
I am hooked completely! Even though I never gave a first lookie review on this series, I only just recently started watching it… after watching the entire first season. Contractors, Dolls and the agencies that are after them or used them, it totally makes a good story!
RAW Downloading: 90% Guilty!!!! To be quite honest, I’m reaching the 100% Guilties with a quickness. LOL
Series I’m watching but not wasting valuable hard drive space to download any RAWS:
Kampfer
I have to say, this show is funny to me! As a male, Natsuru-kun is soooooo clueless!!!! He has no ideal just how much the Student President and his Kampfer fighting partner Mishima-chan really likes him. Did you see Ep. 8? Had me cracking up tonight.
As the female Kampfer, the poor thing… it’s the only way that he can get any affection or attention from the girl he is totally “ga-ga” over.
Nyan Koi!
As stated in the first lookie, love any show that has cute, talking, silly cats in it! T.T Only way I can get close to one. T.T.
Book of Bantorra
Another series that I recently picked up watching. Was staying away from it due to the chick with the enormous boobs… thought it was going to be another ecchi. Boy… was I wrong. Pretty interesting this series.
Kobato
This show is so cute and funny! Still makes me wonder how this naive girl is making her way through the human world. LOL!!!!
Astro Fight Sunred
Second season of the slap-stick comedy. Some funny stuff!
Sasameki Koto
The only reason why I watch this, is because of the boy who cross-dresses Akemi Yamasaki who likes one of the main characters Sumika Murasame, who’s secretly in love with her best friend Ushio Kazama, whom only has interested in liking/dating cute girls. Whew! Was a eyeful or what!
InuYasha Final Chapter
*Sigh* Guilty for allowing myself to get sucked back into this series. LOL After I made a sacred Anime Vow that I would steered clear away from this series, hahahhahahaha so guilty.
Oops! Forgot one other series that I’m still watching: Fairy Tail! Those wizards cracks me up!
Shows that I have dropped:
Sora no Otoshimono
After the fourth episode without hesitation, I dropped it like it was an old habit. Ugh!
To Aru Railgun
Had enough of it after the third episode. -_-
Shows that are on their way to being dropped:
11eyes
7 episodes in, I’m still questioning, where the hell is this series going?
Letter Bee
Lag Seeing’s passive crybaby persona is hitting a nerve… Will try to keep watching but after viewing ep. 8 tonight, I’m leaning towards dropping!
And of course other series that are a continuation from the Summer releases like:
Needless
How can I go without watching this mindless, but action-packed, hilarious series? I know, I know… haven’t written any entries lately on it. Gomenasai!
And a few others.
So, that is what’s going on with me and my anime list of the Fall 2009 Releases.

After watching the fifth episode of "Hanamaru Kindergarden, all I can say is this:
I'm done with it. Dropped! LOL soooo wrong! >.<

Thinking my new Spam Guard is working waaaayyyyy better than I expected! LOL!
I have dropped most of the anime except for Inuyasha, To Aru Kagaku no Railgun, Letter Bee and Trapeze. Darker than Black and Aoi Bungaku are on my on hold list.
As you should know very well, I don’t drop a series after I start watching it…I just put the ones I don’t like on the back burner, so to speak.
That being said, the only series that I’ve put on the back burner are: Whiet Album, 11eyes and The Sacred Blacksmith.
I definitely agree with your opinion on 11eyes. I’m still trying to figure out what the hell is going on. All we know so far is that Kakeru has some special eye. Makes me think of Rental Magica, mixed in with Shakugan No Shana.
Letter Bee isn’t all that bad, if you ask me. and To Aru gets better as well (we see Touma a bit more! ^_^ Now all we need is Index!)

Okay… I left a little note that I forgot to mention Fairy Tail. Yes, I’m still watching those wacky wizards! :-p
Fairy Tail is terrible, I just couldn’t enjoy it. DtB, NLH and FMA are the only anime I like this Fall.
