Comedy, Slice of Life
Anzu goes to a preschool with her friends, the shy Koume and the eccentric Hiiragi. Together they try to attract attention from their caretaker Tsuchida. However, he is clearly more interested in the pretty Yamamoto who supervises the class next door.
CAG’s Impression:
Ummmm…

Other than looking like Potemayo’s cousin, I had my finger on the “stop watching, delete this first episode immediately” button if it came across like another Kodomo no Jikan typed series!

The guy, Tsuchida-san was running late for his first day at work and he sees her standing by herself wanted to know why. Anzu immediately believes that Tsuchida is hitting on her and she becomes extremely excited! Because this is behavior she saw on television, she begin to go through a skit stating that she’s not supposed to fall for the guy who hits on her – but someone else and apologizes. [hahahahhaa] That’s where the whole misunderstanding began. She was waiting for her mother to return who had to run home to get something that she forgot. After that point, Tsuchida goes on his way because he was running extremely late for his new job. The mother appears and she asked Anzu who was that man, and she happily tells her that it was a man who had hit on her. Her mother thought it was cute! O.O
Anyhoo, Tsuchida new job is being a Kindergarten Teacher. It’s the first day and after being chastised about being late, he goes to help out with the opening ceremony, and this is where he comes across Yamamoto-san and feels an instant attraction towards her. At the initial opening, Tsuchida discovers two things:
- Male Kindergarten Teachers were not received warmly by the parents and
- Anzu-chan is in his class and she’s telling everyone that he had hit on her earlier that morning. LOL!!!
Tsuchida profusely tries to explained that it was all a mistake and the parents somewhat warms up to him. After all… a teacher hitting on a kindergartener? No way…

Anzu meets her future “partners in cahoots” Hiiragi and Koume. She thinks both are cute and greets both of them with enthusiasm. Hiiragi seems a bit off and a brainiac and Koume is the shy one. After the ceremony was over, the three meets and formally introduces one another. Koume-chan’s ribbon comes off and a gust of wind blows it up on one of the sakura’s tree limbs. Anzu-chan climbs it and retrieves the ribbon and winds up falling and Tsuchida catches her. After the rescue, Tsuchida recognizes Anzu’s mother to be his Senpai from high school. She had married her Art teacher, was pregnant, and 6 months before graduation, she was leaving to go overseas with her husband.

It was an eventful first day. At home, Anzu’s father kissed her mother goodnight and as he goes to kiss Anzu, she said that he should “kiss his wife” and she’ll get a kiss from her “Darling.” WTF? O.O
The next day, in front of the entrance of the preschool, Sakura-san gives Anzu and Tsuchida her blessing for a blossoming relationship.

The first two episodes was funny… I’ll admit to it. Besides being all chibi-kawaii, I’m still walking on eggshells around this series because there are more episodes to come and who knows how what will happen down the road.
Yea, I’ll recommend this series, because: (a) love the three little girls (thus far) and (b) Anzu-chan really did crack me up.
Rating: 7.5 out of 10.
That’s it in a nutshell.
Next Up: Dance in the Vampire Bund First Lookie.
Laters!
Howdy Folks!
They still love me though!
After spending much "webbing" time on my other site, I'm now going to give attention to this site!
Yay!

Thinking my new Spam Guard is working waaaayyyyy better than I expected! LOL!

Saw lots of conflicting reviews on this. Seems like one of those Hate it or Love it animes. Can’t wait to get my hands down and dirty. :p
