How the heck have ya been?  No I haven’t gone off and disappear into some far wasteland.  Been in the “Reel World” working my tail off because ya know…

Food gotta be brought… bills gotta be paid! 

And I’m not moving back home dammit!

So anyhoo… been downloading some episodes, doing some webbing stuff here and there and preparing all these screenies for when Tha Bakapedia comes out of Hiatus mode.  Photo storage gotta be paid in order to house future screenies.  Working on it!

How the heck have ya been?! 

Miss you guys!  T.T

Wow… it’s been a while since I’ve made a post.  Gomen, gomen!  Had to deal with the “Reel World.”  In it, I had to find a J-O-B…  Refused to deplete my remaining funds, and with the funky job market, had to look in my area of expertise, as well as out of it.  And I found something!!!!!  Yay!    Long-term independent contract work with a Financial Institute.  The location is not that bad, still in Midtown but the Iron Horse (train) stop is right across the street from the location.  Evening work, the pay is good [bit on the shocking side due to the fact the work is sooooooo easy] and I get a company car home.   The best quirk to me, is that I’ll only be working 4 days a week.  Sweet!

Anyhoo, been saving episodes from the Spring 2010 Releases so that I can give my “First Lookie.”  I know you Anime Bloggers/Lovers have already started and like keeping with my tradition [Yuk, yuk, yuk! :p ], “day late, anime short review.”  Hey… would you have it any other way?

Hopefully, I’ll be viewing the episodes this coming weekend and try to get a blog post up by Sunday.  K?

So here we are saying good-bye to 2009 and saying hello 2010!  2009 was a good year for Anime Releases!   Got to see plenty of good series and a few bad ones (-3-), but overall, I gotta say it was a good year indeed! ;-D

I fell terribly short in writing reviews for some of the series that I started, but… in the end, I gave it my best shot!  But for those that frequent my blog, you have come to learn…

I’m never on time and always a day late, an episode short! LOL

For all my intentions, at least I can belt out a “First Lookie!”  So that’s my saving grace.

LOL!!!  A clip I made from Honey and Clover season 1, episode 4.  Don’t know what made me pick that episode to watch this early morning, but so glad I did.  That scene with the little girls getting all depressed over their little legs was definitely a laugh riot!

I know, I know… it’s been a while since I’ve made an entry.  Been dealing with the “Reel Word” per se and had to put my beloved Anime on the back burner for a hot minute.  Soooooo… how the heck have ya been? Huh, huh?  I wanna know.  I’ve been occupied with job interviews, family, paying bills… oh mind!  Anyhoo, while on my travels to interviews and such, I’ve become such the Manga Whore!  Can’t travel without a printed scan to keep me company while I’m riding that dang train filled with other folks! (-3-) Gotta love mass transit!

Don’t think I have anything lined up for the rest of the week, so I plan to take it easy, and watch some anime until my eyes dry out and attach the coffee IV to my veins.  Haven’t done that in a while.  Kinda miss it.

So there you have it.  Happy “Hump Day” [Wednesday: Middle of the week] to ya!

Well, the new season has begun… The 2009 Fall Releases.  I myself, only see just 2 that I’m wanting to watch.  How many series are on your list?  I mean  don’t get me wrong, I’ll probably be picking up more series after I began viewing some episodes.  Tonight I viewed Asura Cryin’ 2 because I was making a page for it.  I didn’t care too much for the first series, so it’s going to take more than one episode to convince me if this is a series that I’m going to watch. 

Onto other news,  have ya notice that Crunchyroll.com is snatching left and right?  LOL  Because I have a site [Tha BakaPedia] that I have to make sure that I stay on top of things, I’m constantly watching threads, forum boards, news sites just so that I can what’s being snatched up by either a Distributing Companies and Companies that’s in agreement with Fansites (Crunchyroll, Hulu, YouTube, etc. ) to simulcast episodes.  So we as fans of the Genre will see how many series, movies, ovas will be snatched up this season, like we have in previous seasons.

Double work for me and my faithful Minion [Really gotta tell ya the story behind that... another time.  LOL!!!]  While moving backwards to get series from yesteryears, we also have to move forward, to the series that’s currently running.  So between dealing with the “Reel World,”  I also on the computer doing what I enjoy (totally love) most:  Blogging on Anime and webbing.    This is my thing!  It’s something that I love doing.  I’ll admit to that.   Meeting fellow anime lovers, blogging on Anime and keeping up my sites, that’s my thing… that’s what I do.  I catch hell from some family members and friends… but the shyt they say just go in one ear and come out the other.  Small minded thoughts when one doesn’t have an understanding or the willingness to understand!

So yeah… long hours ahead of me… more posts of me whining and crying about how tired I am   Ha!  So get ready! >=)  But in the interim, Now is the time to do the “First Lookie” recs.  Soooooooooo looking forward to that.

Well, gotta be kind to the Computer Geek God so that she’ll keep the coffee pouring, be nice to my Minion so that he will keep the pages turning out, and just have fun doing it all it.

Kinda miss all my Needless posts.  LOL  So guilty for liking that series!  Starting over is also not a bad thing… ‘Tis the chance to do things different, or just continue where I’ve left off.  Thinking I’m going to do things a bit different.  Was tired of spammers spamming my screenshots anyway.  >=(    Used to pissed me off to see that crap!  Once one spammed a pic, they all flocked to that same pic and spammed away.  Like a damn portal was opened to that… one… pic.
